In this group session, we will focus on the organs, the nadi system, bones, the immune system, the nervous system, teeth, skin, and other parts of the body.

The intention is to help these areas return to greater balance and coherence, allowing energy to flow more freely throughout your entire system.

During the session, we will gently scan the body, one area at a time, filling each part with light and supporting its natural ability to restore and rebalance itself. As this process unfolds, the body can begin to release energies and patterns it has been holding for a long time.

This can be a deeply healing experience, supporting both the physical and emotional body while creating more harmony, vitality, and inner well-being.
