What is Our True Nature?

Welcome to today’s blog, where we’ll explore a profound topic that I often refer to in my work: your True Nature. I’m here to delve into what I mean when I talk about this concept, which you might have encountered in my short talks, guided meditations, or sessions with Next Elevations.

When I mention connecting with or opening up to your True Nature, I’m referring to a profound state of being that shifts depending on your level of consciousness. As you ascend through different levels—witnessing consciousness, self-realization, unity consciousness, and ultimately, Brahman consciousness—your understanding of who you are and the nature of reality transforms.

At the level of Self-Realization, you begin to grasp that you are not your body, thoughts, or emotions. Instead, you become the observer, watching the body-mind navigate through the world. As you move into Unity Consciousness, the boundaries of the small self dissolve, and you merge with the entirety of existence, experiencing yourself as the Big Self—the capital "S" Self that encompasses all of creation. Here, the ego recedes, and the "I" thought diminishes.

However, Brahman consciousness brings the most profound shift. In this state, you step

outside of creation itself, observing reality from beyond it. This is where the individual self dissolves entirely. While earlier levels still involve an individual experiencing oneness, Brahman consciousness transcends individuality, leaving only pure beingness. This is the essence of what I mean by your True Nature—pure existence, beyond the constraints of the individual self.

Describing this state in words is challenging, as it requires direct experience to fully comprehend. Pure beingness is simultaneously empty and full. In my work, my goal is to guide you towards this pure state, helping you shed the layers of accumulated human experiences—emotions, traumas, misunderstandings, and ancestral influences—that obscure your true nature.

Beneath all these layers lies your pure beingness, patiently waiting to be fully realized. To have a complete human experience, it’s essential to first recognize and embody this pure beingness. The journey to this realization is unique for everyone; there is no single path that applies to all. Each person’s journey is as individual as they are, which is what makes this work so beautiful.

Your True Nature, this pure beingness, is eternal. It simply exists, without judgment, right or wrong, true or false. It embraces the human experience with complete acceptance. When you fully surrender the human aspect, you align with life’s natural flow. Everything unfolds perfectly in the present moment, and life becomes remarkably simple.

Living in the present moment is fully realized in Brahman consciousness because creation only manifests as you observe it. Human desires fall away, and no new karma accumulates, as the system is so open and surrendered that experiences pass through without leaving any residue.

This may seem complex, but in essence, your true nature is the Brahman—the pure beingness beyond creation. When you come to this realization, you understand that you are not merely human but are having a human experience. This understanding brings a profound sense of liberation.

There are further stages of integration that occur after this realization, where you fully accept and enjoy the human experience. But fundamentally, when I talk about your True Nature, I’m referring to this pure existence—beyond the human experience, beyond creation.

I hope this blog has given you a clearer understanding of what I mean by your True Nature.
